ShoreFit Boot Camp
ShoreFit run two indoor Boot Camp sessions at Storm House, Worthing – Saturdays 7.45am and Thursdays 9.30am.
The circuit style classes will give you a full body workout and will suit people of all ages and fitness levels. The workouts will include cardiovascular and strength training and will benefit those whose goals include –
Improved muscle definition
Increased energy levels
Improved general health
The session will contain many different exercises which can be modified to suit your ability. The exercises will last between 30 and 60 seconds when you will move onto the next exercise, completing the circuit once you’ve performed all exercises. This type of exercise will get your heart rate up, torching calories and fat in the process. Exercising in a group environment will motivate you to keep on track to reach your fitness goals.
